凭倚高楼悠闲地眺望远方，
老花的眼睛反而觉得格外明亮。
树林间一片洁白，是云霭飘出，
潮水泛红时，海上的太阳正在升起。
登临此地，心中怀想着旧日的憾恨，
吟诗谈笑，以排遣这闲散的情怀。
在客居他乡时遇到了知心朋友，
我们打开酒樽，共叙往昔的盟约。

Leaning on the high tower, I gaze afar at leisure,
My aged eyes find their vision doubly clear.
White clouds emerge from woods, a pale and misty measure,
The tide flushes red as the ocean sun draws near.
Ascending here, I brood on old regrets with pain,
Chanting and smiling to dispel my idle mood.
Meeting a bosom friend while in a land of strain,
We open jars of wine to renew vows once made good.
