阴云从山陇上生起，

哪里是担忧路途泥泞难行，
是难以忍受仆人与马匹的疲惫。
却忧愁约定的相会可能错过，
心绪纷乱如同丝线般纠缠。

Last night, the wind and moon were fair,
At dawn, I must climb the forked path there.
Dark clouds o'er the ridge begin to grow,
A dense rain fills the world from high to low.
Not that I fear the muddy road's plight,
But hard to bear the weary horse's plight.
Yet I fret that our meeting may be missed,
My heart in tangled threads of thought is kissed.
