平整开辟成一个小园。
留存着四五株花木，
栽种了两三丛竹子。
风伯优雅地摇动玉佩（似风吹竹响），
月娥殷勤地帮忙斟酒（对月独酌）。
谁能想到在这方丈之地，
另有一番广阔的天地乾坤。

North of my cottage lies a vacant plot,
Cleared and leveled, I make a small garden.
Four or five plants of flowers are kept,
Two or three clusters of bamboo are planted.
The Wind Lord sways his jade pendants with grace,
The Moon Goddess kindly assists with the wine.
Who would know within this tiny space,
There lies a universe of its own design.
