我独自坐着渡湖的小船，
凉意渐生，天色将晚。
沙鸥眠于汀草，草色凌乱，
鱼儿跃出水面，浪花滚圆。
我的足迹超脱于烟霞之外，
我的吟咏之声飘荡在风月之边。
万般尘缘我已无所亏欠，
只缺一笔买下山林隐居的钱。

Alone I sit in a boat crossing the lake,
Coolness rises as dusk begins to break.
Gulls sleep where rushes on the shore are tossed,
Fish leap and make the rippling circles crossed.
My footprints lie beyond the mist and haze,
My chants resound where breeze and moonlight blaze.
From worldly ties I'm free and have no debt,
Save for the coin to buy a hill retreat.
