苍天映照在清澈的水中，
水下可见白云飘飞。
天与水从何处而来？
飘飞的云又依靠什幺？
人生也是如此，
在融汇与凝结之中存有玄妙的枢机。
这枢机就是天命，
我的心端正而不违背它。

The azure sky is mirrored in the clear water,
Beneath it white clouds are seen flying.
Where do the sky and water come from?
And on what does the flying cloud rely?
Human life is also like this,
In fusion and congealment there lies a subtle mechanism.
This mechanism is the Mandate of Heaven,
My heart truly does not go against it.
