The long-life duckweed in the Jin River's brine.
Plucking its fragrance, I once composed a verse.
Offering its purity, to serve the gods, no worse.
Why do myriad flowers wither so fast?
In deep winter, its color alone will last.
If one compares the great span of years,
Am I ashamed before the Zhuangzi's tree? No fears.
