一株孤松枝叶如伞盖，挺拔地立在北边轩廊旁；
两棵柏树端庄地矗立在寝堂前，亭亭玉立。
树干直冲云霄，姿态矫健，仿佛苍龙盘旋而上；
对着门户，投下浓密圆润的绿荫，宛如翠色的帷帐。
即使生长了百年，也容易被砍伐或摧折；
近来栽种修护的树木，又有谁会怜惜呢？
身居官位，个人的好恶应当格外谨慎；
我诗艺拙劣，只想着以此警醒后来的贤者。

A lone pine, with its sprawling canopy, stands tall by the north veranda;
Two stately cypresses rise before the hall of rest, serene and grand.
Their trunks soar skyward, like azure dragons coiling in majestic flight;
At the doorway, they cast a lush, rounded shade, a canopy of emerald green.
Even a century's growth can be easily felled or torn asunder;
But who now pities these recently planted and tended trees?
In office, one's likes and dislikes must be exercised with utmost care;
My clumsy verse merely hopes to warn the wise who come after.
