乌鸦的啼叫声报告着天色已明。
一道屋檐将我与市井的尘埃隔开，
却仍有嘈杂的声音传来。
今晨的雪下得怎样了？
为什么蝗虫没有滋生？
但愿蝗虫真的不会滋生，
明年的谷价就能平稳。

I lie on my pillow at dawn, breathing softly,
The crows' caws announce the break of day.
An eave separates me from the city's dust,
Yet the clamor of noise still finds its way.
How fares the snow this morning?
Why are there no locusts born?
I only wish no locusts would be born,
