我闭门不出，强忍着像袁安一样卧雪不出，
却会心一笑，想起王子猷雪夜访戴的随性之行。
我也懒得在溪流上泛一叶小舟，
又有谁能像东郭先生那样，踏破鞋履也浑然忘情？
酒后煮饭，昏昏沉沉地睡去，
醒来时，诗句已在心中婉转而成。
莫要只说农田因瑞雪而欢喜，
看那皑皑白雪，何处不在争相辉映光明。

Shut in, I bear to lie like Yuan An in snow,
Yet smile to think of Wang's visit to Dai in the night.
Too lazy to float a small boat on the stream,
Who, like the man with worn shoes, could forget such delight?
Drunk, I cook rice and drift off in a daze,
Awake, I turn thoughts into verses with ease.
Don't say the farmland alone rejoices in threefold white—
Everywhere, gleaming snow vies for the light.
