徒然地看着花影摇动，
等待着香气透彻地飘散。
此后我只为酒而发愁，
因为从来就不曾缺少诗篇。

The frosty wind lightly shakes the trees bare,
Already, plum blossoms reach the southern bough.
To grasp the affairs of this mortal sphere,
One must from nature's principles allow.
Vainly I watch the shadows sway and play,
Awaiting the fragrance to clear and rise.
Henceforth, only wine will cause dismay,
For poetry has never been a guise.
