谢安很久不再出现，东山还有谁去谈论？
当年他掩鼻吟咏，几乎被妻子儿女所困。
弹奏古筝时捋着胡须，慷慨激昂也只是空谈。
儿辈们在淝水之战立下功勋，他却因折屐而心烦。
后来他的名字得以流传，江左地区依然尊崇。
李白和王安石，两人的诗篇至今留存。
我行走在樟丘的野外，曲折地来到怀德村。
有客人在打理花草，在樊园中开辟小径。
他说自己是喜爱闲适的人，是谢安的衣冠子孙。
一见面就邀请我留下，取来酒食摆开宴席。
世间真有这样的人吗？怎会受车马喧嚣侵扰？
那扁额多幺悠远美好，碑文可见其渊源深厚。
因此我深深叹息，不敢吞回这些老话。
让我们共同保持最初的志向，春秋时节以鸡豚宴饮相乐。

Xie An has long been gone, no more his deeds are sung,
Who now discusses East Hill, where his fame was once young?
In those days, holding his nose, he chanted verses free,
How often was he dimmed by wife and family?
Strumming the zither, pulling his beard—a gesture vain,
His lofty words were but passionate sighs in the rain.
His sons' victory at Fei River, a glorious feat,
Yet the broken clog reveals a heart in defeat.
Later, his name was passed down through the ages long,
In Jiangzuo, his honor and memory stay strong.
Li Bai and Wang Anshi, in their verses we find,
Two poems that to this day linger in the mind.
I travel through the wilds where camphor trees abound,
Winding my way to Huaide Village, hallowed ground.
A guest tends flowers and plants, with care and with grace,
Opening a path through Fan Garden's enclosed space.
He says he is a lover of leisure and ease,
A descendant of Xie An, in scholarly attire he sees.
At once he invites me to stay, with warmth so true,
Fetching wine and setting out a feast for me and you.
Does such a man exist in this world, I ask in awe,
Who shuns the clamor of carriages, by a higher law?
How serene the inscribed tablet, its message so fine,
On stone slabs, the deep origins of his line.
Thus, I heave a heavy sigh, reflecting on the past,
My aged words I dare not swallow, they must last.
Together, let us preserve our initial vow,
With spring and autumn feasts, sharing fowl and swine now.
