我伸着懒腰，询问现在是早晨还是傍晚——
一声午鸡啼鸣，宣告正午来临。

When idle thoughts are stilled, the spirit stands secure;
With steady breath, the body feels unusually pure.
The frost has melted as the sun begins to climb,

A rooster's crow announces noon is here.
