君子观察时运的变迁，悠然自得地持守幽独。
吹奏律管的是何人呢，微微暖意回到了燕谷。
玉衡星从未停止运行，天道循环往复不息。
我徘徊低首伫立，等待春风，寻求良友于高大的乔木。

All plants and trees look bleak, devoid of grace, / As frost's stern might grows crueler day by day.
A noble man observes the times' own pace, / Serene, he guards his solitude's embrace.
Who is it that can play the pitch-pipes' tune, / Bringing mild warmth back to the Swallow Vale soon?
The Dipper's handle never halts its flight; / Heaven's way revolves, returning to the light.
I linger low, awaiting the spring breeze, / Seeking friends among the tall, ascending trees.
