拄着手杖防备着危险的步子，
移动床榻以躲避晚来的潮水。
何时才能有清爽的风和日丽，
好欣赏那舞动的纤细腰身。

Ripples gently lap against the painted bridge.
I do not worry that lotus and foxnut will drown,
But only fear that beams and pillars might drift away.
Leaning on my staff, I guard against a perilous step,

That I may watch a dance of slender waists?
