一朵花在夜雨中飘飞，
一对果实依偎着东风。
它们共有冰雪般高洁的芳心，
它们同怀池塘畔往昔的梦境。
我只忧愁那羌笛声响起，
惊散它们，使拂晓的树林空空荡荡。

As if weary of sleeping by the sandy shore,
It comes to perch among the trees upon the ridge.
One blossom flies through the night rain,
A pair of fruits lean against the eastern breeze.
Their icy, snowy hearts are shared,
Their old dreams of the pond are one.
I only fear the Qiang flute's sound,
Will startle them, scattering at dawn, leaving the grove bare.
