Now pomegranate flowers bloom, and again I see.
Into dreams I've wandered, times I do not know;

Petals fall in the lee of the wind, drifting down;
A pair of swallows dart back through the pelting rain.
Yet I recall that Mid-Autumn night in town,
Tipsy with wine, we talked on the lecture dais then.
