青山的眉黛间分隔着吴楚两地，
长江的入海口在此折转东西流向。
古往今来，这里留下了多少遗憾，
多少英雄在此悔恨，噬脐莫及。
战争的烟尘何时才能彻底消散？
我向北眺望，心中转而充满悲凄。

Its fame spreads through the cosmos, widely famed.
The mountain brows part Wu and Chu apart,
The river mouth bends east and west its heart.
