自从来到京口，已足够享受清雅的游赏，
普天之下闻名遐迩的只有这座楼。
群山凝聚着人的愁绪，形成了北固山，
江水混杂着游子的泪水，向东奔流。
狠石上留下的痕迹，传说流传千古，
遥望那中断的中原故土，不知还有几州尚存。
景色虽多，却并非令人快乐，
明天我准备渡江前往瓜洲。

Since arriving in Jingkou, I've had my fill of serene excursions,
Under heaven, this tower alone is famed far and wide.
The mountains knotting human sorrow form the Northern Fortress,
The river mingling with a traveler's tears flows eastward.
The scar left on the Fierce Stone is told for a thousand ages,
Gazing toward the lost Central Plains, I wonder how many provinces remain.
Though the views here are many, they bring no joy,
Tomorrow I plan to cross the Melon Islet.
