高楼之上不染一丝尘埃，
正适合我在此消磨半日的清闲。
请允许我借用老杜（杜甫）的诗句，
题诗来装点这楼阁的容颜。
城中的井邑房屋高低错落，
四周的山峰峦嶂曲折回环。
岁月流逝，节序即将更替，
星辰北斗仿佛可以伸手攀援。
难以忍受那霜风的凛冽强劲，
也不愿让饮酒的豪情受到拘限。
只因为约定的相会太过匆促，
莫要怪罪我题咏诗句如此艰难。
所欣喜的是能与友人谈论圣贤之道，
这远胜过沉醉于粗俗的嬉闹。
倚着栏杆，长夜寂寥无声，
会心一笑，喧响却传遍了千山。

The tower is spotless, free from worldly dust,
Here I find half a day's leisure, as I must.
With lines by the great Du Fu, I'll make my plea,
To inscribe a poem upon its face, for all to see.
The town's wells and houses lie in uneven array,
While peaks and ridges in winding circles play.
The years and months march on, about to change their face,
The stars and Dipper seem within arm's reach, in space.
I cannot bear the biting frosty wind so strong,
Nor let my courage for wine be withheld for long.
Only because our meeting is rushed, I fear,
Don't blame the hardship of composing verses here.
What delights me is discussing sages, wise and old,
Far better than getting drunk, a story to be told.
Leaning on the rail, the remote night grows still,
A single laugh echoes, a thousand mountains thrill.
