柳树的思绪与花朵的情意，宣告着春日昼夜的来临，
即便是空山中的烟霭流水，也显露出灵动的精神。
闲适之中，富贵荣华不过是温暖的阳光与皎洁的月色；
静寂之处，整个天地都安顿于自在无拘的身心。
早已领悟前生、今生与来世，我不过是世间的过客；
又经历了正月初七这一天，作为人而存在至今。
披着一件蓑衣，我在山南山北耕种着碧绿的田野，
既有诗赋抒怀，又何须烦劳去询问那主宰命运的天神？

Willow's thoughts and flowers' feelings herald dawn and night of spring,
Even misty waters in empty hills show a spirited being.
In leisure, wealth and honor are the sun's warmth and the moon's gleam;
In stillness, heaven and earth reside within a body free from scheme.
Long have I known the past, the present, and the future—I am but a guest;
And now I've passed the seventh day since the human form was first addressed.
A straw cloak, I till the green fields north and south of the hill,
What need to trouble the great potter with a verse, when I fulfill?
