受惊时，横盖的被子显得短了，
欣喜地再次挑亮灯芯。
小雨过后，残留着点滴水珠，
群蛙鼓噪，发出温暖的声音。
故乡的花儿此刻正开得正好，
谁料到我却客居在湓城。

Spring departs from the wine place at dusk,
Awake, I find the fifth watch has come.
Startled, the quilt falls short of my cover,
Gladly, I trim the lamp to brighten the gloom.
A light rain leaves lingering drops,
A chorus of frogs stirs with warm sound.
Flowers in my old garden must be in full bloom,
Who would have thought I'm stranded in this town?
