他忠诚勤勉，坚守节操直到白发苍苍，
他仁惠慈爱，恩泽远播边州的百姓。
他讲学著述的石室依然留存，
他的德行如日月高悬天路，光辉深远。
在九泉之下，他还有什幺遗憾呢？
因为他有儿子能够继承他美好的风范。

His literary fame stirred the scholar-officials' core.
Loyal and diligent, he kept his integrity till white-haired age,
Benevolent and caring, he won the hearts of people in a distant state.
His teachings in the stone chamber will forever last,
His virtue shines as bright as sun and moon on heaven's vast.
What regret could he have in the underworld's domain?
For he has a son to carry on his fragrant dust's refrain.
