岑楼上独园，高槛俯平原。

cén lóu shàng dú yuán， gāo jiàn fǔ píng yuán。

野秀风烟合，春深草木繁。

yě xiù fēng yān hé， chūn shēn cǎo mù fán。

晴山明历历，远水去浑浑。

我独自在岑楼上的园圃里漫步，

倚着高高的栏杆俯瞰下方平原。

原野的秀色与风烟融为一体，

春意已深，草木生长得十分繁茂。

晴日下的山峦清晰分明，

远去的河水一片浑茫。

逸兴飞出青天之外，

心神追随着孤鹤一同翻飞。

Alone, I pace the garden on the tower high,

Leaning on rails, I gaze on plains that stretch and lie.

Wild beauty blends with mist and breeze in open air,

Spring deepens, grass and trees grow thick and lushly there.

Sunlit hills stand out clear, distinct and bright,

The distant river flows, a blurry, rolling sight.

My spirit soars beyond the azure dome so vast,

My heart with a lone crane in freedom follows fast.
