在市集被抢夺，也不防备人心。
它由越地的熔炉铸造，仿效贤良的辅臣；
在燕国的黄金台上，被奉为上宾。
徒然夸耀满堂的富贵，
却永远不及一部经书相伴的清贫。

Held close, it yields not to grain's humble worth;

Vainly boasting of halls filled with riches so grand,
