曾经折下一枝桂枝拿在手中，

Throughout the Three Xiangs and Five Ridges, they grow.
To fill the kitchen, they add a refreshing taste,
To float in wine, they aid the mirthful spirits' haste.

Their clustered growth brings that small hill to mind.
Once, a branch was plucked and held in hand with cheer,
To summon recluses, let's climb and draw them near.
