哪知道这个地方竟如此偏僻幽深。
一条溪流通向平稳的河水，
百顷土地铺展着平坦的农田。
茅屋的屋基依然存在，
草堂的名声自然流传。
蛮地的歌声在傍晚时分响起，
仍然让人觉得仿佛置身在天边。

A vista of perilous burnt fields spreads far and wide,
Who would have known this place lies so remote aside?
A placid stream winds through, connecting land and lea,
A hundred acres of flat fields stretch tranquilly.
The site of thatched huts still remains where it has lain,
The name of the grass hall passes down its own fame.
Barbarian songs rise as the evening draws near,
Yet I still feel as if at heaven's edge, not here.
