天下已经没有公正的舆论，
但我胸中怀有刚直的古刀。
徒然怀抱着耿耿的忠贞之心，
又怎能遏制那滔滔的浊流？
我不愿追随群鸟盘旋飞转，
孤高的鸿雁终究飞得更高。

And sip my wine while reading "Li Sao"'s cares.
The world lacks any fair and public voice,
Yet in my heart an ancient blade makes choice.
In vain this fervent loyalty persists,

The lonely swan soars ultimately high.
