担任一个小官职，奔走劳碌，已厌倦了寻幽访胜，
我来到这江山秀丽之处吟咏诗篇。
眼前风光流转，花儿又一次凋零，
心中牵挂功业，镜中却频频映出年华侵蚀的容颜。
到头来，春天的景致所剩无几，
趁着此刻，早早驱车前往郊野。
鸥鸟啊，莫要因车马经过而受惊，
我来此寻觅诗句，也并无刻意求索之心。

A minor post, weary of seeking seclusion, I've been on the run,
I come to chant where rivers and mountains are fair under the sun.
Scenes flit past my eyes, flowers bloom and fall again,
My heart is tied to deeds of merit, yet the mirror shows frequent signs of age and pain.
In the end, spring's affairs are few and nearly done,
Driving my carriage to the long suburbs, I must seize the day that has begun.
Gulls and birds, don't be startled by the passing carriage and horse,
I come to search for lines of verse, but with no deliberate force.
