在北山的北面，我寄居在柴门之内，
茅屋高低错落，依傍着青翠的山色。
年老疲惫，哪知还会再度作客他乡，
春意已深，无奈苦苦思念着归去。
长久滞留，恐怕又要荒废了家园小径，
穷困潦倒，怎能堪当护卫皇帝车驾的重任？
乘鹤驾凫这些事，终究成了什幺？
不应该轻易地撕裂隐士的荷衣。

Thatched cottages scattered, leaning against the green hill's tone.
Aged and weary, who'd have thought I'd be a guest again?
In the depth of spring, helpless, I yearn for home in pain.
Lingering here, I fear my garden paths will be overgrown;
In this decline, how can I guard the royal chariot's throne?
Riding cranes or paired ducks—what have these pursuits become?
One should not lightly rend the lotus robe, his humble home.
