明知这是鹤发将至的征兆，
年老更加像牛一样反刍。
舌头的柔韧真足以依仗，
在寂然沉默中寄托余生。

My teeth wobble, starting with the right molar.
This morning it suddenly fell out by itself,
After laughing, I could only sigh.
I know well this is the sign of crane-like white hair,
And old age adds more cow-like chewing.

In silent solitude, I entrust my remaining days.
