云朵戏弄着欲要放晴的日光，
寒风依然凛冽，吹过曾积雪的山峦。
千树林木的芬芳信息还很遥远，
百鸟的悦耳鸣叫也显得吝啬。
要领会上天对时光的珍重，
看那光景正慢慢地回归。

I step outside to ask of spring's affair,
Yet find it lingering in doubtful air.
Clouds tease the sunlight striving to be clear,
Wind stiffens o'er the snow-capped peaks austere.
From distant woods, faint fragrance of blooms strays,
A hundred birds withhold their lavish lays.
To know how Heaven treasures time's employ,
Watch seasons gradually return with joy.
