楚地的山峰高低起伏，连接着太行山脉，
吴地的江水浩渺朦胧，向下汇入沧浪之水。
秋天的城池，寒霜铺满，芦花一片洁白，
夜晚的客馆，月色清寒，莎草变得枯黄。
在芬芳的苑囿鹿台，初次解下玉佩相赠，
旧日的宫殿鸾阁，仿佛还回响着玉佩的鸣响。
乘着一叶扁舟，向着五湖飘然远去，
在那十二座西楼，又经历过多少回夕阳西下。
