绛宫天子统干干,干龙飞上九华天。

天中妙有无极宫,宫中万卷指玄篇。

篇篇皆露金丹旨,千句万句会一言。

教人只在寻汞铅,二物采入鼎中煎。

夜来火发昆仑山,山头火冷月光寒。

曲江之上金乌飞,姮娥已与斗牛欢。

采之炼之未片饷,一气渺渺通三关。

三关来往气无穷,一道白脉朝泥丸。

泥丸之上紫金鼎,鼎中一块紫金团。

化为玉浆流入口,香甜清爽透舌端。

吞吞服服入五内,脏腑畅甚身康安。

赤蛇苍龙交合时,风恬浪静虎龙蟠。

神水湛湛华池静,白雪纷纷飞四山。

七宝楼台十二时,楼前黄花深可观。

即此可谓铅汞精,化作精髓盈关源。

但去身中寻周天,前弦以后后弦前。

药物平平气象足,天地日月交会间。

虚空自然百杂碎,嚼破混沌软如绵。

番来覆去成一钱,遍体玉润而金坚。

赤血换兮白血流,金光满室森森然。

一池秋水浸明月,一朵金花如红莲。

此时身中神气全,不须求道复参禅。

我今知君如此贤,知君有分为神仙。

分明指示无两语,默默运用而抽添。

年中采用不用年,月中取日月徒然。

日中取时时易日,时中有刻而玄玄。

玄之又玄不可言,元来朔望明晦弦。

金翁姹女夺造化,神鬼哭泣惊相喧。

云收雨散万籁静,一粒玄珠种玉田。

十月火候圣胎仙,九转九朔相回旋。

初时夹脊关脉开,其次膀胱如火然。

内中两肾如汤煎,时乎挑动冲心源。

心肾水火自交感,金水间隔随使然。

黄庭一气居中宫,宫制万象心掌权。

水源清清如玉镜,孰使河车如行船。

一霎火焰飞烧天,乌魂兔魄成微尘。

如斯默默觅真筌,一路迳直入灵真。

分明精气以气存,渐渐气积以生神。

此神乃是天地精,纯阳不死为真人。

若知如此宜修仙,修仙惟有金丹门。

金丹亦无第二诀,身中一亩为家园。

唾涕精津气血液,七件阴物何正焉。

坎中非肾乃灵根,潭底日红北马奔。

七返九还在片时,一切万物皆生成。

惟此乾坤真运用,不必兀兀徒无言。

无心无念神已昏,安得凝聚成胎仙。

胎仙只是交结成,交结惟在顷刻间。

君还知有太阳回,正在冬至几日前。

又言金精既降时,复以何物复金精。

金精只在坤宫药,坤在西南为川源。

蟾光终日照西川,只此便是药之根。

以时易日刻易时,一滴甘露名灵泉。

吞入心中冲肺腧,落在膀胱而成丹。

丹头不在膀胱结,元在膀胱却在肝。

肝为木液遇金精,逢土交结成大还。

莫言此时有为功,又恐斯为着相言。

始于着相始无相,炼精化气气归根。

气之根本凝成神,方曰无为而通灵。

譬如夫归交媾时,一点精血结成婴。

彼之以情而感情,尚且婴儿十月成。

何况宇宙在乎手,身中虎啸龙吟声。

虽然不见龙之吟,波浪高涌千万寻。

虽然不见虎之啸,夜深风声吼万林。

自乎丹道凝结后,以至火候烹炼深。

及于十月霜飞时,神魂奔走安敢争。

一年都计十二月,卯酉沐浴谁敢行。

所以十月入神室,金鼎满满龙精盈。

缚云捉月之机关,得诀修炼夫何难。

果然缚得云在山,又解捉住月之魂。

点头此语知古人,何虑不把身飞升。

身之壳兮心之肉,心中自有无价珍。

可以生我复死我,既能饥人亦饱人。

寻其毳路取其原,逍遥快乐无饥寒。

似此景象与证验,总在一日工夫间。

工夫如此譬似闲,药不远兮采不难。

谁知火候万丈红,烧杀三尸玉炉寒。

丹田亦能生紫芝,黄庭又以生红𥽷。

红𥽷一餐永不饥,紫芝一服常童颜。

满身浑是白乳花,金筋玉骨老不昏。

功成行满鹤来至,一举便要登云端。

绛宫中的天子统御着干阳,干龙飞升到九重华美的天界。

天界之中玄妙地存在着无极之宫,宫中万卷典籍指示着玄妙的篇章。

每一篇都显露金丹的旨要,千句万句最终会归为一言。

教人只需寻找汞与铅,将这两种物质采入鼎中煎炼。

夜间火发源自昆仑山,山头火冷时月光清寒。

曲江之上金乌飞翔,嫦娥已与斗宿牛宿欢会。

采之炼之不过片刻,一气渺渺贯通三关。

三关之间气息往来无穷尽,一道白脉朝向泥丸宫。

泥丸宫之上有紫金鼎,鼎中有一块紫金团。

化为玉浆流入口中,香甜清爽透遍舌尖。

吞服下去进入五脏六腑,脏腑通畅身体康健安宁。

赤蛇与苍龙交合之时,风平浪静,虎龙盘踞。

神水湛湛,华池宁静;白雪纷纷,飞落四山。

七宝楼台对应十二时辰,楼前黄花幽深值得观赏。

这便可称为铅汞之精,化作精髓盈满关窍本源。

只需在身中寻周天运转,在前弦之后、后弦之前。

药物平和中正气象充足,正在天地日月交会之间。

虚空自然百般破碎,嚼破混沌柔软如绵。

反复翻炼成一线钱形,遍体如玉温润、如金坚固。

赤血换为白血流淌,金光满室森然明亮。

一池秋水浸着明月,一朵金花宛如红莲。

此时身中神气俱全,不须再去求道参禅。

我今知你如此贤能,知你有缘分成为神仙。

The Son of Heaven in the Crimson Palace rules the Qian, the Qian dragon soars to the Nine Splendors' sky.

In the heavens, wondrously exists the Palace of the Infinite; within the palace, myriad scrolls point to the Mystic Chapter.

Each chapter reveals the essence of the Golden Elixir; a thousand, ten thousand sentences converge into a single word.

It teaches one to seek only mercury and lead; these two substances are gathered and simmered in the cauldron.

At night, fire erupts from Kunlun Mountain; on the mountain peak, the fire cools, the moonlight chills.

Above the Winding River, the Golden Crow flies; Chang'e has already frolicked with the Dipper and the Ox.

Gather and refine them, not a moment's delay; a single breath, vast and boundless, passes through the Three Passes.

Through the Three Passes, the breath flows endlessly; a white channel ascends towards the Mud Ball.

Above the Mud Ball, a purple-gold cauldron; within the cauldron, a lump of purple-gold mass.

Transformed into jade nectar flowing into the mouth; sweet, fragrant, refreshing, it permeates the tongue's tip.

Swallow and ingest it into the five viscera; organs and bowels flow smoothly, the body healthy and at peace.

When the crimson snake and azure dragon unite, winds calm, waves still, tiger and dragon coil.

The divine water, deep and clear, the Flowery Pool tranquil; white snow flutters and flies over the four mountains.

The Seven Treasures Pavilion at the twelve hours; before the pavilion, deep yellow flowers are a sight to behold.

This very thing can be called the essence of lead and mercury, transformed into vital essence filling the passes and source.

Simply seek the Cosmic Circuit within the body; before the first quarter, after the last quarter.

The medicinal substances are balanced, the energy signs full; within the meeting of heaven, earth, sun, and moon.

The void, natural, a hundred fragments shattered; chew through chaos, soft as cotton.

Turned over and over, it becomes a single coin; the whole body moist as jade, firm as gold.

Crimson blood exchanged for white blood flowing; golden light fills the room, dense and profound.

A pond of autumn water immerses the bright moon; a single golden flower like a red lotus.

At this time, spirit and energy are complete within the body; no need to seek the Way or meditate further.

Now I know you are so virtuous; I know you have the portion to become a divine immortal.

Clearly instructed without dualistic words; silently operate, adding and subtracting.

Within the year, adopt, do not use the year; within the month, take the moon, in vain.

Within the day, take the hour, the hour easily changes the day; within the hour are moments, mysterious and profound.

Mysterious upon mysterious, beyond words; originally, new moon, full moon, dark and bright, the quarters.

The Golden Elder and the Crimson Maiden seize creation; gods and ghosts weep and wail, startled and clamorous.

Clouds gather, rain scatters, all sounds quiet; a single Mystic Pearl is planted in the Jade Field.

Ten months of fire tempering, the Sacred Fetus Immortal; nine cycles, nine new moons, revolving and rotating.

First, the Jiaji Pass pulses open; next, the bladder burns like fire.

Within, the two kidneys simmer as if boiled; at times, stirred, they surge to the heart's source.

Heart and kidney, water and fire, naturally interact; metal and water, separated, follow as they are made to.

The Yellow Court's single breath resides in the central palace; the palace governs the ten thousand phenomena, the heart holds authority.

The water source, clear as a jade mirror; who makes the River Cart move like a sailing boat?

In an instant, flames fly and scorch the sky; the crow's soul, the hare's spirit, become fine dust.

Thus silently seek the true key; a straight path leads directly into spiritual truth.

Clearly, essence and breath exist through breath; gradually breath accumulates to generate spirit.

This spirit is the essence of heaven and earth; pure yang, undying, becomes the True Man.

If you know this, you should cultivate immortality; cultivating immortality has only the Golden Elixir gate.

The Golden Elixir also has no second formula; within the body, one acre is the home garden.

Saliva, tears, essence, fluids, breath, blood, and lymph; these seven yin substances, how can they be correct?

Within Kan is not the kidney but the spiritual root; at the pool's bottom, the sun red, the northern horse runs.

Seven returns, nine restorations in a moment's time; all the ten thousand things are generated.

Only this is the true operation of Qian and Kun; no need to toil laboriously in vain silence.

No mind, no thought, the spirit is already dim; how can it coagulate to form the fetal immortal?

The fetal immortal is only formed through union; union occurs in a mere instant.

Do you yet know of the sun's return? It is just a few days before the winter solstice.

Again it is said, when the golden essence descends, with what thing is the golden essence restored?

The golden essence lies only in the medicine of the Kun palace; Kun is in the southwest, the source of rivers.

The toad's light ever shines upon the western river; this alone is the root of the medicine.

Using the hour to change the day, the moment to change the hour; a single drop of sweet dew named the Spiritual Spring.

Swallow it into the heart, rushing to the lung transport; it falls into the bladder and becomes the elixir.

The elixir head does not congeal in the bladder; its origin is in the bladder but actually in the liver.

The liver as wood fluid meets the golden essence; encountering earth, they unite to form the Great Return.

Do not say at this time there is active effort; again fear this is speaking of attachment to form.

Beginning with attachment to form, one begins to have no form; refine essence into breath, breath returns to the root.

The root of breath congeals to form spirit; only then is it called non-action and spiritual penetration.

For example, when husband and wife couple, a drop of essence and blood forms an infant.

They, through emotion, stir emotion; still an infant takes ten months to form.

How much more the universe held in the hand, the body's tiger roar and dragon chant.

Although the dragon's chant is not heard, waves surge high for a thousand fathoms.

Although the tiger's roar is not heard, deep at night the wind's voice roars through ten thousand woods.

From after the alchemical path congeals, until the fire tempering is deep.

And when the tenth month's frost flies, spirit and soul flee, how dare they contend?

A full year totals twelve months; who dares to perform the bath at Mao and You?

Therefore, in the tenth month enter the spirit chamber; the golden cauldron full, the dragon essence brimming.

The mechanism of binding clouds and catching the moon; obtaining the formula, cultivation is not difficult.

Indeed bind the clouds upon the mountain, also catch and hold the moon's soul.

Nodding, knowing these words of the ancients; why worry about not ascending in bodily flight?

The body's shell, the heart's flesh; within the heart lies a priceless treasure.

It can give me life and also cause my death; it can both starve a person and satiate them.

Seek its subtle path, take its origin; carefree and happy, without hunger or cold.

Such scenes and verifications, all within a single day's work.

Work like this seems idle; the medicine is not far, gathering not hard.

Who knows the fire tempering, ten thousand zhang red, burns the Three Corpses, the jade stove turns cold.

The Cinnabar Field can also produce purple mushrooms; the Yellow Court again produces red rice.

A meal of red rice forever banishes hunger; a dose of purple mushrooms maintains a childlike face.

The whole body covered in white milk flowers; golden sinews, jade bones, old yet not dim.

Merit achieved, practice full, a crane arrives; with one leap, you shall ascend the cloudy heights.

陈楠生平简介

陈楠,字南木,号翠虚,南宋时期著名道士,内丹派南宗的重要人物,被尊为南宗第五祖。他活跃于南宋中期,籍贯惠州博罗(今广东博罗)。在道教史上,他以精通雷法、医术及内丹修炼着称,其思想与实践对后世道教,尤其是金丹派南宗的发展产生了深远影响。
