我知道这并非凡俗树木可比，
我认出这是洞宾曾经来访的证明。
松骨蜕化，栈道沉没于水中，
祭坛边缘栽种着薜荔藤蔓。
为何关于这幼松的记载，
却未能详尽说明其来历呢？

The path remains where the immortal once trod,
The pavilion stands high, the mountain like a mound.
I know it's no ordinary tree to laud,
I recognize the visit of Lü Dongbin renowned.
Its bones transformed, the plank sunk in the water deep,
The altar edged with creeping fig vines that grow.
But why, O tender pine, in records do you sleep?
The chronicle's details we do not fully know.
