春风之中，一位婵娟独自伫立，
性情柔顺，气力绵软无力。
外表不能自持，如同醉酒之人，
内心却无缺憾，仿佛含羞带怯。
像避风的皇后，身姿倾侧摇曳，
又如承露的仙人，手掌向下覆悬。
正担心梅花知晓后会坚决来聘求，
她含着香气自我嗅闻，不容许芬芳外传。

In the spring breeze, a beauty stands alone,
Her nature soft and gentle, her strength withdrawn.
Outwardly unsteady, like one drunk with wine,
Inwardly flawless, as if shy and fine.
Like the wind-avoiding queen, her form doth bend,
Or the dew-receiving immortal, hand outstretched without end.
I fear the plum might learn and send a firm request,
She sniffs her own sweet scent, unwilling to be possessed.
