清晨我乘车行驶在西郊的路上，
无边的春光弥漫在辽阔的天空。
村中晚稻的香气随风飘散，
溪边阳光正晒着微寒的鱼儿。
麻雀的喧闹引得饥饿的鹰隼飞下，
空旷的山间只有稀疏的病树。
归家的日期已迫近岁末时分，
我料想友人的思念正望向我的茅庐。

The village breeze carries the scent of late-ripened rice,

My journey home draws near the year's approaching end,
My friend's thoughts, I know, turn towards my dwelling stone.
