猿猴在庐山月色下啼叫，
大雁在洞庭寒霜中鸣唳。
夜半时分，冰中生出水来，
风起之前，麝香已出囊袋。
我的师父深知这个道理，
念念不忘，持守着中黄之炁。

The Three Natures are held within the Supreme Ultimate,
A thousand lamps share a single light.
Gibbons cry under the Lu Mountain moon,
Wild geese call across Dongting Lake's frost.
At midnight, ice gives birth to water,
Before the wind, musk escapes its pouch.
My master knows this very matter,
Thought after thought, he guards the Central Yellow.
