残风剩雨放春晴,久醉欲醒何由醒。
枕上扶头更解酲,五官六吏皆失宁。
满园莴苣间蔓青,火急掣铃呼庖丁。
细脍雨叶缕风茎,酢红姜紫银盐明,豆臡麻膏和使成。
食如辣玉兼甜冰,毛骨洒洒心泠泠。

长久醉饮想要醒来,却不知如何清醒。
在枕上扶着头,更想解除酒意,
五官六腑都不得安宁。
满园的生菜间杂着蔓菁,
急忙拉铃呼唤厨师。
细细切碎如雨般的菜叶和如风般的菜茎,
用红醋、紫姜和明亮的银盐调味,
加入豆豉泥和芝麻酱调和制成。
吃起来如同辣玉兼带甜冰,
令人毛骨清爽,心境泠然。
Leftover wind and rain give way to spring's clear day,
Long drunk, I wish to wake—but how to find the way?
On the pillow, I lift my head to sober more,
My five senses and six faculties are all sore.
The garden full of lettuce mixed with turnip green,
Urgently I ring the bell, call the cook on the scene.
Slice thin the rain-like leaves, shred the wind-like stems fine,
Vinegar-red ginger, purple, with silver salt shine,
Bean paste, sesame paste blend to make it divine.
Eating it is like spicy jade and sweet ice combined,
My hair and bones feel refreshed, my heart cool and defined.
醉醒之辨触及对自我认知状态的深度反思。
风雨初晴醉醒难分,借食生菜寄托对人生清醒的追求。
