家门正对着盛开的芙蓉花。
昨日有青色的伞盖（指贵人）经过相逢。
我却慵懒，不曾理睬。
今朝突然发觉，花儿已凋零枯晒。
愁闷地倚着画楼，无计可施。
纷乱的落红飘过秋日池塘的外边。
料想明年的秋色依然会在。
花香依然可爱。
奈何镜中如花的容颜，已然更改。

Lotus flowers faced my door, blooming without care.
Yesterday, a blue canopy came by, rare.
Listless, I paid no heed, lost in my own affair.
This morn, I suddenly find them withered, laid bare.
Leaning on painted tower, sorrow finds no repair.
Wild reds drift past the autumn pond, beyond compare.
I reckon next year's autumn hues will still be there.
